Return & Refund Policy

QUALIFICATION POLICY
After your purchase is complete on screen(same screen after your purchase) will appear a medical intake form (HIPPA COMPLIANT) which you will then complete so you will be assessed by the practitioner. If a patient is found not eligible for the program, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. Please email us with confirmation as well to hello@bmiMD.com. 


It will take 5-8 business days for your funds to be sent back to your method of payment!

REFUND POLICY
Once your intake form has been reviewed, completed, and deemed eligible by the practitioner, we do NOT offer any refunds after.

CANCELLATION POLICY – PRESCRIPTION
Once a practitioner completes the prescription and sent your prescription to the pharmacy, it is 100% non refundable.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY – SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription can be canceled any time, except that you have already been charged for another month of the current program.
